Classes Being Offered

With Fall here and colder weather just around the corner classes are starting to form. More will be added in October and November. Classes include Strength Training Instructional for beginners with Carla on Monday and Friday 9am-10am...Boot Camp with Peter Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-6:30pm...Spin with Natalie on Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm Friday Morning 6-6:45am  .... Gretchen's Variety Thursday 9:15-10:15am... Fit Over 50,Tuesday and Thursday 10:30-11:30am....Eric will be in the back room as a CrossFit Level 1 Coach on Monday Wednesday and Friday evenings coaching  H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)... Team BS (Bruce and Scott) CrossFit Level 1 coach, will be in the back room on Monday Wednesday Friday's from 10am-1pm for all that would like to join them.
