Class Descriptions

Senior Strong

Mondays and Fridays 9:00-10:00 am

This class offers a large variety of exercises for beginners as well as experienced lifters to target goals and improve workouts!

Member ages range from 50 to 80.  Ten exercises are taught on the main gym floor using a combination of free weights and resistance machines. Exercises are changed approximately every 8 weeks, giving members exposure to a wide variety of equipment! The class is taught by Owner/Personal trainer Carla Grant.

All workouts can be scaled to your ability level so everyone can participate. This class is FREE for members and $12 for non-members. Discount packages are available. For more information stop by and talk to our front desk staff.


Supreme Indoor Cycling

Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Saturday 9:00 - 10:00 am

A great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance!

Natalie will motivate you through an awesome indoor cycling class that provides all the terrain you need — hills, climbs, flats, and much more! Students ride to the beat of the music in a dark, candle lit room. Set to great music, you are sure to break a sweat as you cross the finish line with the team. Clear the mind and awaken the body!

Arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can help you set up your bike. We have 15 Spinner® stationary bicycles. The class is $12 for members and $17 for non-members. Be sure to sign up ahead of time so we will have a bike available for you.

 

Fit Over 50

Tuesdays and Thursdays 10:00-11:00 am

Combine strength, stability and balance even if your over 50!

This class offers movement while incorporating resistance bands, chairs, free weights and body weights. Make your way to a healthier stronger lifestyle with our instructor, Carla.. This is a great class for those returning from rehab!

Self-Defense

Wednesdays 5:00-6:30 pm

Fridays 5:00-6:30 pm

This class is Aiki Jujutsu, presented as self-defense. All levels are welcome! It is taught by Rocky Ravenna, 3rd Degree Black Belt.

What to wear:

  • Street or workout attire

  • Something you don’t mind getting grabbed or twisted

Classes are $12 for members and $17 for non-members.
